When Elisha was searching for additional ways to calm her overactive immune system, she had heard many positives about meditation. As she embraced the practice of meditation, at first it didn’t come easily for her - it wasn’t exactly love at first breath, or “om”.
She found that the more consistently she could be outside - observing the cardinals, Monarch butterflies, and beautiful flowers - the better she felt - both mentally and physically.
Elisha discovered fortuitously that by supporting her Vagus Nerve she could in turn support healing. Inspired by the progress made, she was interested in learning additional simple techniques for Vagal support.
